Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers MIN - TRI - ZZ - 00 - DR - A - 3000P01, MIN - TRI - ZZ - 00 - DR - A - 3001_P02, MIN - TRI - ZZ - 00 - DR - A - 3002_P02, MIN - TRI - ZZ - 00 - DR - A - 3003_P05, MIN - TRI - ZZ - 00 - DR - A - 3004_P01.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) The external sound level emitted from plant, machinery or equipment at the development hereby approved shall not exceed the lowest existing background sound level, in order to prevent any adverse impact. The assessment shall be made in accordance with BS4142:2014 at the nearest and/or most affected noise sensitive premises, with all machinery operating together at maximum capacity.

Reason: In the interest of neighbouring residential amenity (CBLP Policy HQ1)
