3) Within 3 months of this decision notice, full details of the proposed means of foul drainage disposal, including timescale for delivery, shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved drainage works shall be completed in accordance with the agreed timescale or in accordance with an alternative timescale agreed with the Local Planning Authority prior to first occupation.

Reason: In the interests of pollution control and in order to secure a satisfactory standard of development
