Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/02171/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: BDT2 / 04 A, BDT2 / 05 B, 01 Rev: 1, 02 Rev: 2, 03 Rev: 5, 04 Rev: 5, 05 Rev: 1, 06 Rev: 1.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) Prior to the first occupation of the dwelling, a scheme for a sprinkler / fire suppression system serving the development shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved system shall then be installed and thereafter be retained in perpetuity.

Reason: In the interests of fire safety and providing safe and accessible developments.

3) Prior to the occupation of the dwelling on the site, a scheme for the provision of waste receptacles for each dwelling shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The receptacles shall be provided before occupation takes place.

Reason: In the interest of residential amenity and to reduce waste generation in accordance with Policy EE14: Minerals and Waste Restoration and Section 17 of the NPPF.
