Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/02258/REG3
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers S02-006-T01-1001, CBC-001, PKR 00 GF DR A 03 01, YK 00 GF DR A 01 01

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) The development hereby permitted shall be undertaken in full accordance with the Councils adopted Construction Code of Practice for Developers and Contractors - November 2023 Update https://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/info/44/planning/674/codes_of_practice_for_planning.

Reason: In order to minimise the impact of construction work on the amenities of nearby residential properties (Section 12, NPPF)
3) The building hereby permitted shall be removed and the land re-instated to its former condition on or before 27/10/2027 in accordance with a scheme of work previously submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority unless, before that date, the Local Planning Authority has granted planning permission for its (their) retention.

Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to review the uses, buildings and structures when the permission expires.
