Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/02310/AG
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The application has failed to demonstrate that the development is reasonably necessary for the purposes of agriculture within that unit. As such the development would not constitute permitted development pursuant to Schedule 2, Part 6, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.
