Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/02346/GPDE
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, the development shall be carried out in accordance with the details received on 09/08/2024 and hereby approved by the Local Planning Authority
2) The developer shall notify the Local Planning Authority of the completion of the development as soon as reasonably practicable after completion. The notification shall be in writing and shall include:-
· the name of the developer;
· the address or location of the development, and
· the date of completion
3) The materials used in any exterior works (other than materials used in the construction of a conservatory) shall be of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse.
