Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed changes include orientating the entire Solar PV array 90 degrees from a vertical to horizontal layout, which would be a significant alteration in a visual sense which may also have wider implications in terms of glint and glare. The proposed change also seeks to alter the footpath arrangements through the Solar PV array. These changes to the approved development are considered to be materially different to the principal planning permission, and therefore the changes are not considered to form a non-material amendment in accordance with Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
