Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development fails to make adequate provision for off street parking and, if permitted, would lead to an increase in on street parking to the detriment of the safe and efficient operation of the highway. Therefore, the proposal is considered to be in contrary with Policies T2 and T3 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021), Caddington and Slip End Neighbourhood Plan (2016-2031), Parking Standards for New Developments (August 2023) and Section 12 of the NPPF.
