Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/02604/REG3
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is limited to a period expiring three years from the date of this permission after which the building shall be removed and the land re-instated unless before that date the Local Planning Authority has granted permission for its retention.

Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to review the building when the permission expires in view of the very special circumstances.
(Sections 12, 13 and 16 NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 3001A.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
