Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed increase in the hours of opening to allow for use of the premises on Sunday and Bank Holidays will have a harmful and adverse impact on the living conditions of occupiers of neighbouring residential properties by way of increased noise and general disturbance at times when it is reasonable for them to expect quiet and peaceful enjoyment of their homes. This would be in conflict with Policy HQ1 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021) and Section 12 of the NPPF (2023).
