No development hereby permitted shall commence until the location and details of the following bus stops have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by, the local planning authority:
a pair of stops located in proximity to the Pegasus Drive frontage of Unit 01 (as shown on plan ref. 7248-079). To include, as a minimum, poles, flags, and raised bus boarder kerbs;
a pair of stops located in proximity to Units 02 and 04 within the new estate road (as shown on plan re. 7248-079). To include, as a minimum, poles, flags, and raised bus boarder kerbs; and
bus stop facilities at the layby proposed within Phase 3, to include, as a minimum, poles, flags, raised bus boarder kerbs, timetable information and shelters.
Thereafter, no building hereby permitted shall be first occupied or brought into use until all the approved bus stops have been fully completed and made available for use, in full accordance with the approved details.
Reason: Details are required prior to the commencement of development to ensure sustainable access and travel and a viable bus service to serve the site would be available on first occupation, in accordance with Policies T1 and T4 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan and the NPPF. |
