Conditions or Reasons:
11) No dwelling hereby approved shall be occupied until details of the footpath connection to Cambridge Way have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The connection shall be laid out in exact accordance with the approved details prior to any occupations on the site.

Reason: To ensure a safe and convenient footpath connection is secured.
