Conditions or Reasons:
5) No development shall take place until a scheme for car parking in accordance with Parking Standards for New Developments Supplementary Planning Document has been submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be implemented and made available for use before the development is occupied and the car and cycle parking areas shall not thereafter be used for any other purpose.

Reason: To minimise the potential for on-street parking and thereby safeguard the interest of the safety and convenience of road users. (Policy T2, Central Bedfordshire Local Plan, section 9, NPPF).
