Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal, if permitted, would lead to an intensification of the use of a substandard access, particularly in terms of visibility to the west, and would lead to issues of conflict and safety to users of the access and the highway, contrary to Policy T2 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan and Section 9 of the NPPF.
