Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/24/03485/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC01; CBC02; CBC03; CBC04

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) Notwithstanding the submitted information, prior to work commencing full details of the proposed doors, including joinery, profiles, materials, finishes, ironmongery, glazing, decorative finishes and method of opening, shall be submitted to the local authority for approval in writing. The development hereby approved shall be implemented in full accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To control the appearance of the development in the interests of preserving and enhancing the character and appearance of the Listed Building (NPPF Section 16)
4) Prior to work commencing, full details of the proposed architraves including designs, materials, finishes, decorative details and profiles shall be submitted to the local authority for approval in writing. The development hereby approved shall be implemented in full accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To control the appearance of the development in the interests of preserving and enhancing the character and appearance of the Listed Building (NPPF Section 16)
