| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: CBC-001, CBC-002, CBC-003, CBC-004, CBC-005.
Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt. |

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, full details of the proposed materials, including finishes, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any work of building construction.
Reason: This is a pre-commencement condition to ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the traditional character of this listed building in all respects (Policy HE3 of the CBLP and Section 16, NPPF). |

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, full details of the new rooflight to be installed as part of the works hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any installation, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.
