Conditions or Reasons:
1) The removal of Condition 2 of LPA ref. CB/24/02112/FULL would not allow for an acceptable parking layout for the proposed operation to be secured. The proposal would increase the likelihood of obstruction of the public highway and the access to Nos 1 and 3 Rectory Lane, therefore leading to conflict with, and inconvenience to, vehicles and pedestrians using the public highway and private access, contrary to Policies T2 and T3 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021) and Section 9 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024)
