Conditions or Reasons:

1) Insufficient information or evidence has been submitted to demonstrate that the existing building is part of an established agricultural unit (agricultural land occupied as a unit for the purposes of agriculture) and therefore the proposal does not meet the requirements of Class Q. 1 (a) of Schedule 2, Part 3 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended).

2) The proposal includes an extension to the eastern elevation of the building which is considered to be the front elevation of the building. The proposal does not therefore comply with Class Q.1 (i) (ii) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended).
