Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within 12 months of the date of this decision development details of the junction between the access track and the highway shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for its approval in writing. Within 24 months of the date of this decision the junction between the access track and the highway shall be constructed in accordance with the approved details, amended as necessary by the technical and safety audit process, and opened to traffic.

Reason: To ensure that save vehicular access to the site is provided in accordance with policy T2 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021) and section 9 of the NPPF (2021).
