Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Prior to works commencing full details of the proposed wood burning stove, including the liner and chimney cap or cowl, shall be submitted to the local authority for approval in writing.

Reason: To control the appearance of the development, prior to any works commencing, in the interests of preserving and enhancing the character and appearance of the Listed Building (NPPF Section 16)
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC.001.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
