Conditions or Reasons:
6) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application full and illustrated product details, including colour finishes, of any stove pipe or flue termination associated with the stove installation hereby approved (capping or cowling) which protrudes in any respect from the chimney of the building shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority prior to installation on site, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure that the works hereby approved are undertaken with due regard to, and in safeguarding of, the historic fabric and character of this listed building in all respects, and to safeguard the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in which the building is located, and to avoid doubt (Section 16, NPPF)
