Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) Prior to commencement of works within Oasis Park (as identified on dwg no. AMP3A-RG-L-12) , details of the locations for the provision of wash down facilities to be provided for maintenance purposes shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval. The approved details shall be implemented prior to first use of Oasis Park and thereafter retained.

Reason: To accord with the requirements of the Area 3 Design Code and to ensure scope for community events. (Section 8, NPPF)
