Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match those in drawing numbers EP-300 Rev2, EP-301 Rev2, EP-303 Rev2, EP-304 Rev2, EP-307 Rev2, EP-307.1 Rev1, EP-310 Rev1, EP-312 Rev2, BL-300 Rev3, BL-301 Rev3 in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
