Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/25/01108/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, number RM 24/017.4.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the brickwork shall be undertaken with materials and in a manner which are strictly compatible with, and fully maintaining, the traditional constructional fabric, detailing and character of the building.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are undertaken with due regard to, and in safeguarding of, the historic fabric, character and appearance of this listed building in all respects (Policy HE3, CBLP; Section 16, NPPF).
