Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/25/01171/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers PL.001A, PL.002, PL.101, PL.102, PL.111, PL.112.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the proposed materials shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any work of refurbishment being undertaken on site, and the approved works shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the traditional character of this listed building in all respects (Section 16, NPPF). Due to the sensitivity of the building, it is necessary to agree materials to be used in the refurbishment prior to works commencing.
