6) Prior to the commencement of development, a Tree Protection Method Statement shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and works shall be carried out in accordance with those details. In the event that the trees shown to be protected in the Tree Protection Plan as submitted in the Arboricultural Impact Assessment (Temple - 25.07.2024) are required to be removed, adequate replacement planting shall be submitted to discharge condition 7 of this permission and it shall be accounted for in any Biodiversity Net Gains metrics.

Reason: In the interest of amenity and biodiversity, in accordance with Policies EE2, EE4 and EE5 of the Central Bedfordshire Council Local Plan (2021).
