Conditions or Reasons:
2) The installation of the new gates hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those specified within the submitted application form, namely Oak with a natural finish. Prior to first use of the gates, full details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority regarding the finish of the lowered timber gate posts.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality, including the character and significance of the setting of the listed building and Conservation Area.
