Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials detailed on drawing numbers 1405-001, 1405-101, 1405-110, 1405-120, 1405-201, 1405-320.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development in the interests of the Listed Building and visual amenities of the Conservation Area.
