4) Prior to the first use of the site, details of any lighting provision shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. The development shall be maintained in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To limit the impact to the surrounding landscape and to achieve a high quality development, in accordance with Policy HQ1 of the adopted Local Plan and the NPPF.
