Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would constitute a material change to planning permission reference CB/25/003331/FULL for the following reason:

The application seeks to amend the development to link the approved dormer windows from applications CB/25/00331/FULL and CB/25/00122/LDCP. This would result in the development conflicting with the original proposal description of planning permission reference CB/25/003331/FULL: 'Additional dormer to loft conversion' because it would be deemed an extension to the dormer approved as lawful development under reference CB/25/00122/LDCP.
Therefore, the amendments are not considered to be a non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The application is hereby refused and full planning permission is therefore required.
