Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/25/01519/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC.001, CBC.002, Leighton St_1_FF_Casement_Proposed/Rev1.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) Full details of all new windows, including joinery, glazing, ironmongery, materials, finishes and dimensions of the double glazing shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any installation on site, and the approved works shall thereafter be undertaken strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the traditional character of this listed building in all respects (Section 16, NPPF)
