Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/25/01572/PADM
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The demolition must be completed within a period of 5 years starting with the prior approval date.

Reason: To comply with Condition B.2(b)(ix)(aa) of Class B of Part 11 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
2) The demolition hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers PL002 A, PL006 B, Demolition Method Statement - 09-05-2025.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
