Conditions or Reasons:
5) Odour mitigation as stated in the Odour Assessment (Specification for EMAQ/DEFRA Report, prepared by Purified Air, dated February 2025) to include an ESP system installed to control odour emissions and additional carbon filtration (0.4 residence time) should be installed as stated in the report. The extraction system and external flue hereby approved shall not be installed until full details of a schedule for cleaning, servicing and maintenance of the equipment have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residential occupiers from adverse odour impact.
