Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within 3 months of permission being granted for the application, details of a scheme for the installation of fire hydrant within the frontage of the site is to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved details shall then be implemented thereafter.
Reason: In the interests of fire safety and access for fire crews.
