Conditions or Reasons:
14) Prior to the occupation of any dwelling hereby approved, full details of the footpath connection to the northwest of the application site connecting to footpath 5 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved details shall be implemented in full accordance thereby after, prior to any dwelling being occupied.

Reason: To ensure the connection is made with no conflict with neighbouring land uses.
