| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1425-SU-001-C, 1425-SU-002-B, 1425-SU-003-B, 1425-SU-004-B, 1425-SU-005-B, 1425-PL-050-C, 1425-PL-051-B, 1425-PL-052-E, 1425-PL-053-C, 1425-SU-054-D
Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt. |

The dwellings hereby approved shall not be occupied until a scheme for the provision of waste receptacles for the dwellings has been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The waste receptacles shall be provided before the dwellings are occupied.
Reason: In the interest of residential amenity and the visual amenity of the surrounding area. (Policy HQ1, CBLP, Section 12, NPPF) |

Prior to the occupation of the approved dwellings, the boundary treatment and amenity area as shown on plan numbers 1425-SU-054-D shall be constructed as per the approved plans and shall be thereafter retained.
Reason: To ensure that the occupiers have sufficent priavte amenity. (LoCal Plan Policy H2 and HQ1) |

The development hereby permitted shall be undertaken in full accordance with the Councils adopted Construction Code of Practice for Developers and Contractors - November 2023 Update https://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/info/44/planning/674/codes_of_practice_for_planning.
