Conditions or Reasons:
11) No development above slab level shall take place until a Public Art Plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Installation of the Public Art thereby approved shall commence on site prior to final occupation of the building hereby approved. The Public Art Plan shall be implemented in full and as approved unless otherwise amended in accordance with a review to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason:  To enhance quality in design and place making in accordance with Policy HQ7 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021).
