Conditions or Reasons:
2) Within 6 months of the date of this permission, all existing buildings outlined in a red-dashed line on drawing no. 101-K shall be demolished and all resultant detritus completely removed from the site prior to the commencement of building works. Photographic evidence shall be supplied to the Local Authority immediately after the works.

Reason: In the interests of improving the openness of the Green Belt and rural location.
