Conditions or Reasons:
16) Any reserved matters application pursuant to layout or landscaping under condition 2 of this permission, shall include a written scheme of heritage asset resource management, which uses the results of the approved scheme for archaeological trial trench evaluation under condition 15 of this permission. The scheme of heritage asset resource management must contain the following information:
a method statement for the investigation of any archaeological remains present at the site that cannot be preserved in situ;
a method statement for the preservation in situ of any archaeological remains that can be protected within the development;
a programme of interpretation, public outreach and community engagement;
an outline strategy for post-excavation assessment analysis and publication;
a timetable for each stage of the archaeological work;
a timetable for the implementation of the Heritage Assets Enhancement Scheme.
The development hereby permitted shall only be implemented in full accordance with the approved scheme for heritage asset resource management.

Reason: To ensure that the development would be acceptable in accordance with Policies CS15 and DM13 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies 2009 and Chapter 16 of the NPPF.
