1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers A21-112-PL210H Blocks A & B - West & North Elevations, A21-112-PL211H Blocks A & B - East & South Elevations, A21-112-PL212C Blocks A & B - South Elevation and in accordance with the details within A21-112-SC001 'Schedule of Apartment and Retail External Materials' issue 08.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
