Conditions or Reasons:
1) The obligations set out in the S106 Agreement continue to serve a useful purpose in securing the Affordable Housing provision as agreed upon the original S106 Agreement and the modifications would impact on the deliverability of the full funding. In accordance with S106A, the obligation continues to serve a useful purpose without modification.
