Conditions or Reasons:
10) No development above slab level shall take place, notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, until full details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the development hereby approved have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure a high-quality development in accordance with the objectives of Policy HQ1 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021).
