Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed variation of condition 6 of planning permission: CB/24/01074/FULL to alter the approved roof design would be at odds with the character of the streetscene
and would result in an incongruous roof design which is harmful to the uniformed character and appearance of neighbouring properties: 1-9. Therefore, the proposal is not considered to be of high quality of design and as such would materially diminish the approved scheme in direct conflict with Policy HQ1 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan, Section 11 of the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide and Section 12 of the NPPF.
