Conditions or Reasons:
37) No building hereby permitted shall be first occupied until, details of a scheme of CCTV cameras at the site estate road entrance has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme of CCTV cameras shall be installed prior to the first occupation of the development and retained thereafter.

Reason: In the interest of amenity and to reduce instances of antisocial behaviour, in accordance with the NPPF.
