Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers:

7614-VGA-00-XX-DR-A-601PL01 Existing Block Plan
7614-VGA-00-XX-DR-A-602PL01 Proposed Block Plan
7614-VGA-00-XX-DR-A-603PL01 Proposed Floor, Roof Plans and Elevations Plans

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials as described in drg 7614-VGA-00-XX-DR-A-603PL01.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
