Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/25/02883/REG3
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is limited to a period expiring on 11th December 2030 after which the buildings shall be removed and the land re-instated unless before that date the Local Planning Authority has granted permission for its retention.

Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to review the buildings when the permission expires
(Section 12, NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 3001, 3002, 3003, 3004, 3005.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
