Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) The proposed solar panels shall be finished in non-reflective materials and arranged so that no glint or glare occurs to drivers of vehicles using the public highway. 

Reason: To avoid undue distraction to motorists from glint and glare in the interest of road safety (policy T2, Central Bedfordshire Local Plan, 2021).
