Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plan/ documents, numbers:
CBC-001 - Block Plan
CBC-002 - Site Location Plan

Door Specification - Universal Doors Brochure
01B - Existing Elevations 22.10.2025
01A - Existing Floor Plans 22.10.2025

Reason: To identify the approved plans/ documents and to avoid doubt.
3) Full details of the external doors hereby approved including joinery, glazing and ironmongery shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any work of new door installation on site, and the approved works shall thereafter be undertaken strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: This is a pre-commencement condition to ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the traditional character of this listed building in all respects (Section 16, NPPF).
