Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, no work of alteration, modification, removal or replacement, in whole or part, of any element of the timber framing or framing infill panel material of the building other than those elements specifically identified within the submitted details, shall be undertaken without the express prior written agreement of the Local Planning Authority, and any such work shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the agreed details.
Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the historic fabric of this listed building in all respects and to avoid doubt (Section 16, NPPF) |

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, a written Specification of Works in respect of the following shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority prior to any undertaking of these works on site, and the approved works shall thereafter be undertaken strictly in accordance with the approved details:
· the carpentry 'making good' of the exposed timber framing of the south east building elevation, to include the following details confirmation of the choice of timber to be used; carpentry jointwork methods (preparation of timber, type of jointwork, bolting, pegging etc) · the replacement and/or repair of the timber sill beam (sole plate) and associated brickwork sill wall, to include the following details a drawn ground floor plan at 1:100 scale with the extent of replacement/repair clearly indicated for the avoidance of doubt; confirmation of the choice of timber to be used; carpentry jointwork methods (preparation of timber, type of jointwork, bolting, pegging etc); any and all works to the sill wall. · the reinstatement of internal historic studwork wall partition infill (materials to be used and method of fixing within the partition framing)

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, full product details of all new window installations and exterior doors hereby approved demonstrating, as appropriate, close matching in every respect of construction and detailing with existing adjacent installations to be retained, including form of glazing and leadwork, shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority prior to any work of window and external door installation on site, and the approved works shall thereafter be undertaken strictly in accordance with the approved details.
