Conditions or Reasons:
3) Notwithstanding the details given in the application samples of all external material samples to be used (reclaimed or new) in the works hereby approved, including face brick, door lintels, roof tile and ridges, rainwater goods, demonstrating, as appropriate, close-matching with materials to be reclaimed on site and re-used in the approved works, shall be provided for consideration by, and the written approval of, the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any work of construction on site either by way of :-

i) reclaimed and new material samples (which shall be identifiable by manufacturers product type/name), paired to demonstrate a match as appropriate, made available on site for Local Planning Authority inspection, or

ii) reclaimed and new material samples (which shall be identifiable by manufacturers product type/name), paired to demonstrate a match as appropriate, made available to the Local Planning Authority by way of a full photograph schedule submission.

The approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards listed building character, including setting, in all respects (Section 16, NPPF).
4) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, a full external final decorative finishes Schedule, with colours expressed as RAL nos., manufacturers product name or code or demonstrated by colour swatches, shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any work of construction on site, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards listed building character, including setting, in all respects (Section 16, NPPF).
5) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the rainwater goods, windows and external door installations, and associated ironmongery, for the replacement outbuilding(s) hereby approved shall use the existing items, reclaimed, repaired and refurbished as appropriate, unless agreed otherwise and in writing by the Local Planning Authority in advance of any installation of the items on site and on the basis of full and acceptable details of alternatives being supplied. The approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with any such details agreed.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards listed building character, including setting, in all respects (Section 16, NPPF).
